Today’s challenge: Dog pee stain
It happened about 3 months ago, luckly customer didn’t attampt to clean it by themselves. As the carpet is 100% wool. it had fully dried when we get there(we tested the moisture level underneath the carpet). Normally a large urine spot can take months to dry underneath the carpet. To fix the colour damage for this 100% natural wool carpet, it requires special treatment, equipments and of course experience and knowledge.
